Returns & Refunds Policy

All products from Leo Ion are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. If you receive a product in an unsatisfactory condition, you may request a return under our return policy.

7-Day Return Policy – Valid Reasons:

You are eligible to return a product within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken
  • Incorrect product received
  • Product received past its expiration date
  • Incomplete order or missing items
Returns Not Accepted If:
  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging, label, or carton is missing
  • Return or replacement request is raised after 4 days of delivery
  • Damage/missing items are reported after 4 days of delivery
  • Product is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect
  • Personal experience issues like taste, flavor, headache, stomach upset etc. (Please consult a healthcare professional before use)
Return Procedure (If Eligible):
  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@leoion.com with photographs of the product showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 24 working hours.
  3. If the issue is confirmed as valid and the product is unusable, we may advise discarding it and will arrange a free replacement.
  4. In areas where reverse pickup is not supported, customers may use a local courier service and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
  5. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process either a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).
Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Product is damaged/tampered by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
  • Product is partially consumed and then returned
  • Customer fails to follow the stated return policy

Refunds MAY be issued in the following cases:

  • Ordered product is out of stock
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Product is returned in good condition and untampered
  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing support@leoion.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds for cancelled orders will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Additional Details

Processing Fees:

There are no additional charges for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement with a higher-priced product, you must pay the price difference.

Refund Mode:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to the bank account provided during the return process.
  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and verify the returned item.

Timeline for Refund:

Once the return is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Delivery Timeline for Replacements:

Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days of approval.
