Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp on the contact information provided during checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, and available courier service.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time depends on the shipping address, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

Any delivery date provided is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. Please allow some time for the courier partner’s tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, phone number, and other required information.

LEO ION will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Refunds may not be issued where an incorrect shipping address was provided.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after the permitted delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or an unboxing video
  • A description of the issue

Eligible cases will be reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved cancellation refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Delivery Delays

LEO ION will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or incorrect customer information.
